If your company issues Purchase Orders please fax PO to 1-800-342-4988. Purchase Orders should clearly indicate address, telephone numbers and contact name for both billing and shipping information. This will ensure your order is received in a timely manner and the invoice is sent to the appropriate department. Shipping fee will be added to the invoice as per our "Price Shipping Policy" below unless you provide your own account with your preferred courier. Price Shipping Policy:
For orders up to $ 52 anywhere in Canada $ 10.00 Glo Boxes or any kit that includes Glo Boxes within Ontario is an additional $ 6.00 per Glo Box and outside Ontario an additional $ 8.00 per Glo Box. Additional charges may apply for remote locations and for orders that include cases of Hand Sanitizers. You will be e-mailed the extra shipping cost. Orders over $ 5000.00 please call for shipping fees. Additional charges may apply for remote locations and orders over $ 5000.00 GST and HST will be added to shipping fee accordingly.
